Where did it all begin?

Welcome to my blog! I'm so glad that you've stopped by to share a moment of your time with me. Let me start by telling you a little about myself. I grew up in a small town in Michigan. I never dreamed that I would someday get married and live in different parts of the country, and travel to other nations as well. Although my geographical location was subject to change, I made sure that my relationship with God remained constant. You may be wondering why I'm doing a blog on prayer. Well, thoughout my travels, I've met many wonderful Christians who loved the Lord, but they seemed to struggle through life, dealing with the same issues year after year. As I got to know many of them better, I discovered that the root cause for the lack of change in their life was because they didn't have much of a prayer life. A person without a prayer life has no real depth to their relationship with the Lord. Yes you can be saved, but if you don't spend time with God in prayer, how can you expect to grow spiritually and gain victory over your circumstances? This is a tragedy when there is so much more to experience through the wonderous realm of prayer. I came to know the Lord when I was a little girl. All I wanted to do was be a good Christian and spend time alone with God, praying and reading my bible. God became my best friend, the One I could talk to about anything. Over the years, I've learned so much about prayer, and now I want to share it with YOU! It is my passion to help others grow spiritually by developing a strong prayer life. If you have a desire to become a person of prayer, or even if you are already enjoying the fruit of a strong prayer life, my hope is that you will be inspired by my personal prayer life lessons. Through my blog, I hope to ignite a flame in you that will strengthen your prayer life and cause you to reach new levels of intimacy with the Lord. Are you ready for a deeper walk with the Lord? Why wait another day when you can start your journey now?

Blessings,

Kathy R. Green
